From Real Estate to Service Business: Building JB Services
Building a business is not about ideas. It is about execution.
Arash Barghi started his journey in real estate development at the age of 20, working across Europe, including the Netherlands, Spain, and France. Over more than 15 years, he focused on acquiring, developing, and managing real estate assets through Arleon Projects LLC.
But real estate alone was not enough. The next step was building a business that generates consistent cash flow.
This led to the creation of JB Services, a plumbing and HVAC company based in Florida. The goal was simple: build a service business that produces reliable revenue, strong margins, and long-term growth potential.
Today, JB Services generates over $2M annually and continues to grow by focusing on operations, marketing, and execution.
At the same time, Arash is building Reekolect, an AI-driven platform designed to preserve human memories and legacy. The long-term vision is to combine technology with human experience, creating a new category of digital memory.
The strategy remains consistent:
Build cash flow first.
Then build long-term assets.
Then scale into technology.
This approach allows flexibility, control, and long-term growth without relying on external funding.
